BELLA LOVES YOU

To commemorate our love affair with Bella Union, we have 5 pairs of tickets to their Valentines day event at the lovely Union Chapel to give away to you. All you have to do is email us your favourite lyric from a love song at tickets@roughtrade.com and we will pick the winners and post them online. But wait there is more. They have also given us and you, the lovely track 'Below it' by Peter Broderick, that you can download here. Or you can find it on our Counter Culture 08.

BELLA UNION records will be hosting a night of magical music this Valentines with a number of our acclaimed artists gathering at the Union Chapel for an evening of seductive music... DUSTIN O'HALLORAN will open proceedings with his intimate and graceful classically-influenced piano solos before OUR BROKEN GARDEN carry us away with their dreamy atmospheric ballads... PETER BRODERICK will then take to the stage, playing tracks from his critically-acclaimed "Home" album, layering his vocals until it resembles a choir, whilst looping guitar, piano and violin to mesmerising affect... Other special guests will also be appearing on the night...
